WHERE DOES HONOR THE GIFT SHIP FROM?
All orders ship from our facility in Southern California.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Days: We ship Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs).
Can you delay my shipment?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders for later shipment. If you will not be available to receive your package, we recommend placing your order at a more convenient time.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates. You may also log into your account under “My Account” to view your order history and tracking details.
My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I do not see my package.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please check your:

Porch, side door, back door, garage, bushes, or mailbox

Apartment mail room or concierge

Neighbors, housemates, or coworkers (if delivered to your workplace)
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us. In most cases, a carrier claim must be filed before a resolution can be provided.
WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Carriers may vary depending on your shipping option at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates only and may be affected by carrier volume. We do not guarantee delivery dates for standard or expedited shipments. Shipping rates and promotions may change during peak seasons.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (during regular PST business hours).

Orders requiring additional verification may be delayed.

Customer service is closed on weekends and U.S. holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery Time: 7–18 business days (excluding holidays). Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Contact Info: Please include your phone number and email at checkout so UPS can contact you if needed.

Duties & Taxes: For select countries, duties and taxes will be included in the shipping fee at checkout (subject to change). If duties/taxes are not shown at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them upon delivery.
Restrictions: All international sales are final.

DOES HONOR THE GIFT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags and packaging attached.

Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days of delivery using registered mail.

Clearly mark your parcel with “RMA #” on all postal forms.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Always keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Final Sale Items: International orders, sale items, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
Refunds include product cost and applicable taxes only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was incorrect or damaged in transit.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

Any store credit issued will not expire and will remain valid until fully redeemed.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE?
If you believe your item is defective, please email help@honorthegift.co within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We will review the claim at our discretion. Items damaged through misuse or improper care are not eligible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Returns are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.

During peak seasons, allow up to 15 business days.
